• Participants acknowledge and agree to be governed by the following Terms and conditions by taking part in a Funding Contest.

• The funded amount is non-transferable between accounts or persons and cannot be combined with any other promotions/funds or offers.

• WaveTrendZ evaluates each and every participant's performance and trading style from their Demo funded account.

• Competition rankings are determined by the Participants who generate the greatest return during the Competition Period on their demo / Evalution account.

• WaveTrendZ can select individual participants to provide a Free Fund Account as per internal evaluation guidelines, checkpoints, and risks.

• Participants can be selected for Free Fund Accounts based on good Money/Risk management skills; this selection is not just limited to the top Winners of the contest.

• Any player participating in any indication or suspicion of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse, fraud, manipulation, or fraudulent activity or behavior, will be disqualified & shall Revoke demo funded account immediately by WaveTrendZ.

• Participants are permitted to use up to two IP addresses, including VPS (EA trading). If we discover VPN use or any other IP manipulation, they will instantly be disqualified and banned from future campaigns and promotions.

• WaveTrendZ reserves the right to act on the stated action at any time and without prior warning, to alter, suspend, or end the Campaign on any uncertain Situations. Any changes or alterations to the Campaign will be communicated to participants using WaveTrendZ's official channels.

• By participating in this Competition, you consent to your personal data being collected, processed, and used by WaveTrendZ for:

  • The purpose of validation and profit distributions.

  • Marketing and promotional activities conducted by WaveTrendZ / TradeFxP include but are not limited to, any form of marketing and advertising activities such as posting photos, ranking and trading performance on the WaveTrendZ / TradeFxP website and social media accounts.

• WaveTrendZ shall not be held responsible for any technical disruption, such as an unstable/weak internet connection, that could affect the trading result in the account.

• Should any disagreement or misrepresentation be made concerning the previously mentioned applicable Terms and Conditions, WaveTrendZ will be the one to settle the dispute with the terms given below.

• Any decision made by WaveTrendZ regarding contest or promotion will be final and binding.

Contest Criteria

• The term 'Company' refers to WaveTrendZ

• Registration will be open between 22nd Jan. 2024 to 29th Feb. 2024 and you can start trading from 1st Mar. 2024 onwards.

• The contest runs between 1st Mar. 2024 to 31th Mar. 2024.

• The 'Agreement' refers to the Terms and Conditions as laid out in this document.

• The fixed deposit amount in the clients Demo ECN account will be USD 5,000.

• Fixed Leverage: 1:200

• Minimum volume (LOT) of one order: 0.01

• Maximum volume (LOT) of one order: 100

• Margin call: 100%

• Stop out: 30%

• EAs and locking: Not Allowed

• The Traders must hold the position for at-least 5 minutes. If failed to fulfill this condition, the trade will not be considered as valid trades.

• Minimum quantity of trades must be 5, with minimum volume of 5 standard lots.

• If traded in Crude OIL (XTIUSD), 10 Standard lots is considered as 1 Standard lot.

Traders will be ranked based on their equity and the top ten traders will be classed as the winners of the contest.
The contest Rankings will be updated every 24 hours.

Contest winners rewards distribution

• Minimum quantity of trades must be 5, with minimum volume of 5 standard lots.

• To be rated among ten best traders by equity.

Registration

• New users can register an account with WaveTrendZ by logging in to our website https://contest.wavetrendz.com/.

• WaveTrendZ reserves the right to cancel the contest without any prior notice if we find that there is a serious violation or breach of the terms and conditions. Also, any consequences occurred due to this cancellation will not be borne by the company, legally or otherwise.

• A client who is participating in this contest, if found to commit fraud or illegal activity, will thereby automatically have their account cancelled without prior notice. This includes the immediate cancellation of any transactions carried out that are related to the account. WaveTrendZ will not be liable for any consequences arising out of this termination.

• Every client is allowed a maximum of one contest account. If several contest accounts are found belonging to one person (or if such suspicions arise, including an IP address match, contact info match, etc.), then all the contest accounts will be immediately cancelled, your trades will be cancelled, and your account will be blocked.

• The Company reserves the right to decline or reject the participant without explaining the reason.

• By registering, the user consents to joining the contest with their own interest, and Wavetrendz is not responsible for any disputes that may arise.

• The official language of the Agreement is British English. In case of variant readings of translated versions of the Agreement, the Agreement in English is only considered as a prior reference standard.

Winners and Rewards

• The Total Prize Pool amount is USD 2000*.

• Calculations will be done in USD only.

• Top 10 participants will be rewarded the money prizes as shown in the Table 1 below:

How to Claim your Contest winner reward?

• Login into the Personal Area Cabinet.

• In the “My Profile” tab, open the “Edit Profile” and fill all the required fields.

• Then Click on “Upload Document” section, upload a Document showing your Proof of Address and a second Document that confirms your Identity.

• If the account is verified, please reach us via Live Chat or send an email to contest@wavetrendz.com requesting for the Contest Winner reward and it will be credited within 24-48 Hours from the time of Contest Winner reward requested by the client from their registered email ID.
